Shipping policy

Unless tracked shipping is purchased, all stickers, greeting cards, and flat items will be shipped via US First-Class Mail via stamps. Untracked orders, if lost, will NOT be replaced. With USPS delays, please expect domestic orders go take up to 30 days to arrive and international orders can take up to 6 months (depending on the country) to arrive. If, after these circumstances, your order has still not arrived, please reach out to us at info@milkyandcostudios.com and we will try to work something out. 

If you purchase tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number that you may reference to track your order. If your tracked order gets lost in the midst of shipping, we will confirm that it is lost and replace your order.
